Floral Assistant, The American Club
Work Mode: Onsite
Location:Kohler, WI
Opportunity
Assist in the day to day operations of the Floral department and support team as needed.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist and support in the day today operations of the Department
  • Assist with event set up and take down
  • Support the installation of 'Christmas' across theresort
  • Assist in Christmas installation alongside SeniorDesign Team
  • Oversee ancillary rental inventory
  • Pulling items, checking them out and counting them toensure all are returned
  • Minor maintenance of rental items
  • Paint touch-ups
  • Order replacement items
  • Complete hands-on department responsibilities
  • Floral bucket washing and storage
  • Flower processing and Stem cleaning
  • Laundering of department items
  • Removal of garbage
  • Resort watering
  • Perform guest facing tasks
  • Answer department calls
  • Complete deliveries to outlet businesses anddepartment orders
  • Assist with guest room plant watering Perform other duties as needed.

This is a casual, part-time position working both weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.
Skills/Requirements
  • Strong communication skills. Ability to take direction and work independently.

The hourly range for this position is $13.00 - $19.50. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
