Job description

AME Home Care, LLC is a non-skilled personal home care agency looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to visit our clients in their homes throughout our Greater Baltimore and Howard County service areas. 
 
Home visits will include patient assessments, environmental/safety assessments, plan of care development, supervision of caregivers, caregiver training, patient and family education, and monitoring client satisfaction, progress, and outcomes.
 
RN will also be responsible for program development and management, in-service scheduling and instruction, orientation clinical instruction, clinic planning and operating, as well as professional follow-ups.
 
Position Qualifications:
  • Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Minimum one (1) year of nursing home/personal home care experience required.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Copy of updated physical, based on state requirements.
  • Copy of updated TB results/chest x-ray.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Clean criminal history.
