Job description

The Houston Texans are seeking an individual for the position of Gameday - Gate Ambassador.

Job Function: Interact with guests at Texans and LSSE games/events to ensure the highest level of customer service is being provided during the entry process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Available for all LSSE Houston Texans games and events.
  • Knowledge of the gameday ticketing system but not limited to proper knowledge of iPhone/Android and utilizing the Texans App/Account Manager.
  • Assist guests with finding their tickets in the Texans app/account manager and anticipate guests needs/questions to be most efficient when entering the event.
  • Be welcoming and friendly to all guests that come in.
  • Exhibit a fun, friendly, guest service-oriented attitude and professional appearance; consistently providing exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of stadium operations and procedures to effectively assist with general questions.
  • Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Guest Experience and Ticketing department.

Position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel and fans at NRG Stadium and/or NRG Park during Houston Texans football games and other Club events; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and/or at NRG Stadium/NRG Park as may be assigned and not in a telecommuting manner.

Education/Experience:
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
