Lead the Future of Construction Technology

As a VDC Manager, you'll lead high-impact BIM and VDC initiatives that drive real-world results-improving project performance, enhancing collaboration, and pushing the boundaries of innovation across complex construction and design projects.

What You'll Do
  • Lead Complex VDC Projects Manage multiple BIM/VDC projects from kickoff through completion-ensuring on-time delivery, budget alignment, and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Drive BIM + Lean Innovation Integrate Lean principles into BIM workflows to improve efficiency, reduce rework, and elevate project outcomes.
  • Own Client Relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for clients-leading coordination meetings, presenting insights, and delivering solutions that create long-term value.
  • Build High-Performance Teams Mentor and guide VDC Engineers and BIM Specialists, establishing best practices and improving team productivity and engagement.
  • Advance Technology & Innovation Explore and implement cutting-edge solutions including 4D/5D simulations, point cloud integration, AR/VR, and advanced automation tools.

Compensation and featured benefits:
  • The pay for this position is $95,000 - $115,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience
  • Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen)
  • Dental and vision insurance. We cover up to 75% of the monthly insurance premiums for VIATechies and up to 50% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plans chosen)
