Global Robotics Delivery is seeking an innovative, high-energy and customer-obsessed Sr Technical Product Manager (Sr. PMT) to own the strategy for its Product and Tech vision in Finance & Accounting.
* Lead finance and accounting process design activities and ensure delivery of business mechanisms and system/optimization technologies that support Amazon Robotics Finance and Accounting.
* Strong understanding of ERP finance & accounting modules, and the finance & accounting impact on the global Supply Chain and Manufacturing is essential
* Collaborates with product, business and technology teams across the organization to identify and prioritize solutions and build a solutions roadmap that can be delivered.
* This role is responsible to develop product plan/Operational plan in collaboration with engineering and teams that have clear, measurable success criteria


* Sr. PMT defines mechanisms and metrics (e.g., KPIs, funnels, conversion, awareness) that enables product's/feature adoption, performance and any variance against goals.

- Own the end-to-end product vision and multi-year roadmap for Finance & Accounting capabilities across Amazon Robotics, defining what to build, when to build it, and how to measure success
- Develop and maintain PR/FAQs and product narratives that articulate the strategic direction for Finance & Accounting systems, securing leadership alignment across multiple leadership organizations
- Drive Build vs. Buy Vs

Borrow decisions for ERP Finance & Accounting capabilities, evaluating when to configure, customize, or invent new solutions for better customer experience
- Define product tenets and strategic principles that guide trade-off decisions across the Finance & Accounting portfolio (spanning Oracle EBS, SAP S/4 HANA, and adjacent systems)
- Influence technical priorities through data-driven contributions, ensuring engineering efforts align with the highest-value customer outcomes
Customer Understanding & Domain Expertise
- Serve as Voice of the Customer for Finance & Accounting stakeholders across Amazon Robotics, embedding directly with business teams to understand their workflows, pain points, and unarticulated needs
- Translate complex financial controls, controllership requirements, and accounting regulations into clear product requirements and prioritized capabilities
- Conduct customer research through direct engagement with finance and accounting users - observing how they interact with current systems, identifying friction, and synthesizing insights across diverse user personas (Controllers, FP&A, Tax, Treasury)
Stakeholder Alignment & Influence
- Align product strategy across multiple leadership organizations, influencing without authority to drive shared outcomes
- Collaborate with peer PMTs owning adjacent product domains (Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement & Logistics) to ensure coordinated solutions across the ERP portfolio
- Present product vision, roadmap updates, and investment proposals to AR leadership through clear narratives and business reviews
- Partner with engineering, finance business teams, and operations to prioritize solutions that maximize customer value while balancing delivery constraints
