Job description

We're hiring a Software Engineer specializing in Backend .NET Developer to build the platform behind a $850B returns problem. Details below.

Every major retailer runs returns through duct tape and prayer.

Disconnected systems. Manual workflows. Millions in lost recovery. Every single day.

We're building the next generation of the platform that replaces all of it.

ReturnPro is a Returns Management SaaS platform integrated with eBay, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and more. We don't just process returns. We recover value, reduce waste, and turn a cost center into amargin engine.

Most backend developers maintain systems. You will build the infrastructure that powers an entireindustry shift.

Our stack: .NET 6 - 10, C#, microservices, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Docker,Kubernetes, Azure. If that list excites you, keep reading.

You will:

  • Design and build backend services on a modern microservices architecture

  • Write clean, scalable C# that handles real complexity at real volume

  • Own API design, database optimization, and system reliability

  • Collaborate directly with product and engineering to ship solutions that matter

  • Bring ideas - including AI-driven tooling - into how we build, test, and deplo

This is not a ticket queue. This is not maintaining someone else's monolith. This is building core platform infrastructure for a company redefining reverse logistics.

You're right for this if you have strong .NET/C# experience, you think in APIs and data models, and you write code you'd be proud to show any another engineer.

Bonus if you've worked with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, NoSQL, or you're already using AI to write better code faster.

If you want to push tickets through a sprint board and coast, this isn't for you. If you want to build something that doesn't fully exist yet, and you have the skill to back it up, please apply.

Let's solve returns.
