Job description

The Senior TikTok Shop Manager serves as the primary owner of TikTok Shop performance, responsible for managing the channel strategy, revenue growth, operational execution, and overall business success. This role requires strong ownership of the TikTok ecosystem, including content commerce, livestream shopping, promotions, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the overall TikTok Shop business strategy and performance goals.
  • Drive GMV growth through merchandising, promotions, content strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Manage daily store operations including product catalog, pricing, inventory coordination, and storefront optimization.
  • Develop and execute TikTok Shop campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with creators, affiliates, livestream teams, and agencies to expand reach and sales.
  • Analyze sales data and customer insights to improve conversion and profitability.
  • Report performance results, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or digital retail.
  • Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, or similar marketplace platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace operations, including catalog management, promotions, fulfillment coordination, and seller performance metrics.
