Position Overview:

This role is a vital part of our online marketplace team and is responsible for improving online sales through marketplace platforms like Amazon and Walmart. The ideal candidate will leverage analytical expertise, data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and strong relationship-building skills to continuously improve marketplace performance and drive sustained results.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Marketplace Support & Execution
    • Assist with implementing strategies and daily operations across Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and other marketplace platforms as directed by the Head of Marketplace.
    • Support cross-functional teams with tasks related to sales, pricing, promotions, product listings, content optimization, and paid media.
    • Help gather and organize data to support platform optimization initiatives aimed at improving conversion rates and revenue growth.
  • Sales & Revenue Analysis
    • Monitor sales performance and assist with margin analysis and promotional planning under the guidance of senior team members.
    • Provide analytical support for sales strategies across a portfolio of brands to help maximize marketplace results.
  • Ad Spend Monitoring
    • Support ad spend by tracking campaign performance across Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, and other platforms.
    • Assist in compiling performance data, conducting basic A/B testing, and offering insights for campaign improvements.
  • Data & Performance Reporting
    • Assist with tracking product lifecycle activities, including launches, pricing, bundling, and variations, to help maximize sales.
    • Compile and analyze marketplace data, performance dashboards, and reports to identify areas for improvement and support strategic recommendations.
    • Support listing and content performance initiatives, including SEO and conversion rate optimization, under the direction of senior team members.
  • Team Collaboration & Process Support
    • Help maintain positive relationships with marketplace buyers and internal stakeholders by providing timely and accurate information.
    • Assist with administrative and operational tasks for all marketplace platforms as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, eCommerce, Digital Commerce, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience preferred in marketplace management, eCommerce, digital retail, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving measurable results

Competencies and Skills: 

  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central. And Walmart Seller Center platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of key metrics to drive performance and the factors that affect such metrics
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

  • Works in an office environment.
  • Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Occasional travel approximately 10% of time, U.S. and International
