Overview
The Campaign Manager, Search is responsible for leading the success of clients' paid search campaigns by providing thought leadership on campaign strategies and optimization, and building strong relationships and establishing clear lines of communication with clients, partners, and internal staff members.
Responsibilities
  • Execute, manage, and optimize all e-commerce campaigns, including tactical approaches, campaign activation & maintenance, and monthly recaps, while meeting or surpassing client performance expectations.
  • Assist in client strategy and growth of Retail Media Paid Search/Sponsored Product Listings, with partners like Walmart, Criteo, Chewy, Instacart, and Kroger.
  • Manage the delivery of insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for a campaign launch.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and peers across the organization to provide insight and recommendations.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and quickly adjusting thinking and actions should the realities of a situation shift.
  • Drawing on previous experiences uses a variety of approaches to identify client needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Understands the complex cause and effect patterns that may underlie issues and/or opportunities and thinks beyond the obvious
  • Identify patterns and trends that relate to a particular situation and use that knowledge to come up with creative solutions.
  • Provide performance reporting against client goals with insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Develop budget and performance projections for testing new partners or technology.
  • Conduct monthly client billing audits and actualize bill/pay systems when applicable.
  • Assist in coaching, managing, and educating Campaign Managers and Campaign Specialists, helping to support campaigns.
  • Work to master, identify, and communicate trends in search and client industries.
  • Attend client meetings, listen and participate in client discussions as needed

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent
  • Experience in media management with an emphasis on e-commerce platforms
  • Experience in hands-on experience managing and optimizing buys
  • Strong analytics, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience with Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) Paid Search/Sponsored Product Listings or other relevant retailer search offerings
  • Experience with 3rd party campaign managed tools (i.e. Pacvue)
  • Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint as well as other equivalent programs and as appropriate specific industry tools and technology
  • A proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively and work well under pressure to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the ability to think unconventionally in proposing solutions

Compensation Range: USD $53,960.00 - USD $79,794.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
