What you'll achieve
As a Retail Paid Search Specialist, you will execute paid search strategies,optimizecampaigns, and manage budgets to meet business goals. You will work closely with the Retail Marketing Managers and Sales Team to ensure seamless campaign implementation and impactful results. 
You will:

  • Build & optimize paid search campaign, while budgeting/phasing spends to achieve KPIs & maximize efficiency  
  • Partner with the Retail Marketing & Sales team, to shape campaign strategies to ensure flawless executions 
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvements  
  • Report out on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement on future campaigns 
  • Stay up to date on retail keyword analysis, market trends & find pockets of efficiency to align to Retail teams  
  • Support the Retail Programmatic teams

Essential Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in retail search engine marketing (minimum 4-5 years), with expertise in platforms like Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Skai, PBI & Reporting 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and communicate effectively across global teams 
  • Experience managing large-scale campaigns with complex objectives 
  • Strong proficiency in Retail Media Networks, and other search platforms 
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience in performance tracking 
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities 

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $97,000 - $125,000.
