Job description

The Procurement & Strategic Partnerships (PSP) team at Zoox builds the sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationships that keep our autonomous vehicle mission moving forward. We work at the intersection of operations, finance, and technology, bringing the same rigor and care to procurement that we bring to the vehicles we build. You'll join a team that values ownership, clear communication, and continuous improvement.

As Zoox scales, so does the complexity of sourcing and managing the services that support our business. In this role, you'll take on a variety of responsibilities, from supporting the deployment of a new business process outsourcing (BPO) relationship to helping drive the process improvements that make procurement work better for everyone at Zoox. You'll have the opportunity to build from the ground up, deepen your knowledge of enterprise procurement operations, and grow your program and project management skills along the way.

In this role you will :
  • Support the deployment and day-to-day oversight of a Managed Service Provider (MSP) BPO engagement covering offshore BuyDesk, sourcing support, supplier management, and contracting support.

  • Help build standard operating procedures (SOPs), governance, and escalation workflows for the BPO relationship.

  • Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) to hold the BPO accountable for service quality.

  • Participate in procurement operations improvement projects that streamline how the business sources, buys, and manages suppliers.

  • Partner with stakeholders across Zoox to translate their requests into practical, scalable solutions

  • Manage multiple projects at once, prioritizing your time and resources as needs shift.

  • Use Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platforms such as Zip and Ariba to support requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice workflows across day-to-day procurement operations

Qualifications:
  • Track record of converting stakeholder pain points into practical, scalable solutions

  • Experience managing multiple projects at once, prioritizing time and resources across competing priorities

  • Experience supporting the deployment and day-to-day operation of procurement-support delivery covering areas such as BuyDesk, sourcing support, supplier management, and contracting support, including implementing SOPs, program coordination, escalation workflows, and KPI/SLA management

  • Practical, hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platforms, including requisition, purchase order, and invoice workflows

Bonus Qualifications:
  • College degree with a concentration in a relevant field such as supply chain, business, or operations

  • At least 5 years of experience in and around corporate procurement

  • Experience with commercial procurement AI solutions

$182,000 - $219,000 a year
