About the Role:
Kerae Medical, Inc. is seeking a forward-thinking Graphic & Digital Designer who combines strong visual design skills with hands-on AI expertise. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, enhance visuals, and improve conversion performance across e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon.
You will play a key role in transforming product value propositions into high-converting, AI-enhanced visual assets that elevate our brand across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-impact Amazon A+ Content, brand story modules, and product gallery images that outperform competitors.
  • Create visually compelling Shopify assets, including banners, landing pages, and promotional graphics.
  • Use AI tools to generate, enhance, and iterate on creative assets (e.g., backgrounds, lifestyle scenes, concept variations).
  • Perform advanced photo editing, compositing, and retouching for medical-grade product imagery.
  • Develop static and motion creatives for paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, Amazon).
  • Collaborate with marketing to test and optimize creatives based on conversion performance data.
  • Maintain consistency with Kerae Medical’s professional and compliant brand standards.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in e-commerce or DTC brands.
  • Proven experience designing for Amazon Seller Central (A+ Content) and Shopify.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Demonstrated experience using AI design tools such as:
    • Midjourney, DALL·E, or Stable Diffusion.
    • Photoshop AI features (Generative Fill, etc.).
    • Runway, Pika, or similar tools for motion/video.
  • Understanding of how design impacts conversion rates across mobile and desktop.
  • Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate using AI-assisted workflows.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-converting product pages, ads, and digital assets.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in medical, healthcare, or regulated product marketing.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted video/content creation.
  • Experience with Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of creative testing frameworks (A/B testing, CTR optimization).

Work Environment & Logistics:
  • Must commute to Walnut Creek and Hercules, CA 2–3 days per week.
