Total Access Urgent Care (TAUC) is seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in an acute care setting. TAUC is the leading urgent care provider in the Greater St. Louis community, delivering care since 2008. TAUC (pronounced "talk") was founded and designed by emergency medicine physicians who believe that patients deserve access to fast, friendly, and affordable healthcare.

Requirements
What You'll Do:
  • Provide a level of care that goes beyond the traditional urgent care setting
  • Ensure comprehensive care for patients of all ages
  • Procedures to include EKG and X-ray interpretation, abscess incision and drainage, infection management, reduction of dislocations, splinting of fractures, laceration repair, IV hydration, and medication administration
  • Serve as a role model and leader for the clinical team
  • Communicate test results, follow-up care, and treatment plans
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with Physicians
  • Work with an energetic, highly-trained support team, including many shifts with a scribe

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Board Certified (or Board Eligible) Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Experience with procedures such as suturing and abscess I&D
  • Experience with reading diagnostics studies, including X-rays and EKGs
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care highly preferred
  • ACLS and PALS Certification preferred
