We're looking for an Sr Advertising Strategist to lead digital ad campaigns for Amazon and other retail media platforms. In this role, you'll own strategy, guide junior team members, and help shape the future of our ad services.

🎯 What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and optimize Amazon search campaigns and other retail media strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform client strategy
  • Analyze campaign data to create clear, actionable recommendations
  • Leverage AI tools and delegate resources to improve performance and workflow
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and own SME-level expertise in up to three advertising functions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate directly with clients

• What You Bring
  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Amazon Ad Console and 3rd-party platforms
  • Proven leadership in campaign strategy and team mentorship (including junior team members)
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
