Job description

Amazon Air is looking for a Business Operations Lead to help drive the growth of Air Cargo customers. Do you have the business savvy, organization skills, and ability to collaborate across multiple business owners to help establish Amazon Air as the premier air cargo provider? If so, come join us!
As the Business Operations Lead on our Sales Operations team, you will have the exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team whose goal is to make it seamless for customers to do business with Amazon Air Cargo. The Business Operations Lead will 1/ lead process improvement programs in a) invoicing and payments, b) revenue forecasting and planning, and c) cost optimization and 2/ drive the business forward via Weekly Business Review (WBR) and goal setting. You should be a self-starter, comfortable working directly with customers, possess exceptional organizational skills, capable of creating simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems, and thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Key job responsibilities
- Own Amazon Air Cargo's invoicing function
- Integrate invoicing into the customer onboarding process
- Minimize Amazon Air Cargo's invoice debt
- Organize stakeholders and programs to address customer disputes
- Build and improve revenue forecasting and reporting mechanisms
- Build and improve weekly business review (WBR) mechanisms
- Build and improve annual/monthly goal-setting mechanisms
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
