Job description

Amazon Strategic Account Lead / Director (Hybrid/Remote)

We are seeking a senior US-based leader to represent our company and brand in managing the relationship with Amazon. This role will serve as the primary bridge between our organization and Amazon teams, leading weekly business meetings, issue escalation, in-person business reviews, and annual strategic planning discussions.

The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence, deep familiarity with Amazon's internal ways of working, and the ability to build trusted long-term relationships that help accelerate issue resolution and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead weekly and recurring meetings with Amazon stakeholders to address ongoing business needs and key issues

• Coordinate internal teams and consolidate priorities for external communication with Amazon

• Drive issue escalation and resolution across operational, financial, supply chain, and business planning topics

• Organize and participate in regular in-person meetings with Amazon teams

• Lead preparation for annual strategy discussions, business reviews, and joint planning conversations

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Amazon stakeholders to improve communication efficiency and long-term collaboration

• Represent the company and brand with professionalism, credibility, and strong business judgment

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic accounts, retail partnership, e-commerce, or related business leadership roles

• Strong experience working with Amazon in a client-facing, vendor-facing, or internal Amazon role

• Excellent executive-level communication and relationship management skills

• Able to travel regularly for in-person meetings
