Amazon Business (AB) is reinventing B2B commerce by delivering broad selection, low pricing, and exceptional service to business customers of all sizes. This role directly supports Amazon's flywheel by improving supply chain efficiency, reducing operational costs, and enabling the reliable delivery experience that drives customer trust and repeat purchasing.
We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our North America Operations team in Nashville, TN. You will use data to solve real-time fulfillment challenges, support process improvements, and help ensure business customers receive the service Amazon is known for.
This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional who wants to build supply chain analytics expertise within one of the world's most advanced logistics networks

You will work alongside experienced operations professionals, gain hands-on exposure to industry-leading systems, and see the direct impact of your work on Amazon Business's growth.
This is a full-time, hourly role, Monday through Friday.
Key job responsibilities
- Analyze daily supply chain metrics across the fulfillment network to identify data anomalies, inventory discrepancies, and operational issues, then execute resolution or escalate to appropriate owners
- Extract, aggregate, and validate data from multiple sources using Excel and SQL to produce accurate reports and actionable insights for operations stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies, documenting root causes, and recommending solutions for senior team review
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including fulfillment centers, transportation teams, and technology groups to troubleshoot supply chain bottlenecks
- Build and maintain automated reporting tools using advanced Excel formulas, pivot tables, and VBA macros to streamline recurring analytical tasks
A day in the life
You start your day reviewing automated reports and flagging data anomalies in the fulfillment network. You investigate inventory discrepancies using SQL and Excel, then share findings with fulfillment center partners. In the afternoon, you update your weekly performance dashboard and collaborate with a senior analyst on a process improvement project

You close the day by documenting open issues and preparing priorities for tomorrow. You balance reactive troubleshooting with proactive analysis while building your supply chain expertise.
