We are looking for a high-caliber, results-focused business development leader to develop strategy with an emphasis on Agentic AI partnerships
This person will be adept at wearing strategy, business development and technical product management hats - and will develop broad and strong relationships with external organizations and other parts of Amazon. External organizations may include, among others, eProcurement SaaS providers, invoicing specialists, consultancies that undertake procurement-related work, trade associations and travel and expense management partners. Key job responsibilities
- Identify technology and commercial opportunities with partners, defining business cases to justify investment where required, negotiate agreements, and drive rapid progress in executing against these opportunities
- Innovate, monitor the voice of the customer and deep-dive on technological solutions to help drive our roadmap of strategic partnerships, GTM workstreams, joint campaigns and partner success
- Develop deep and broad relationships with senior executives internally and at partner organizations to stimulate activity and uncover new opportunities
- Lead contractual negotiations and onboard new partners
- Share learnings and align on the Best of Amazon across regions (US, EU, Japan, Canada)
- Explore and establish new alliances to grow the business in collaboration with international colleagues
- Identify mechanisms to track results and feed these back to colleagues and internal leaders
- Collaborate with, and influence, sales, product/engineering, marketing, legal, finance and other internal stakeholders
