Job description

We are looking for an exceptional Human Resources leader to drive the development and implementation of the HR strategy for an emerging and strategic organization working with customers to deliver Agentic AI workloads. The Principal HRBP must be able to work independently, establish and execute long and short-term people strategies while taking a hands‑on approach, and interface effectively with professionals at all levels. You'll need excellent communication, professional interpersonal skills, and the ability to function in an innovative and ambiguous environment. You'll need strong analytic skills and the ability to translate your clients' business plans and goals into the human resource capabilities needed to deliver results. You will help business leaders look around corners with data‑driven recommendations that improve performance, capability, and the employee experience. In addition, this role will be accountable for driving global initiatives and projects, such as workforce planning, org design, employee relations and culture. Key job responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop their talent strategy to support business growth while maintaining an engaging, respectful and fun work environment
  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, performance management and skills assessment and development
  • Coach business partners in career development, leadership and management practices
  • Assist in the development and implementation of people plans and solutions in order to deliver results and sustain a work environment where all employees can thrive and grow
  • Analyze business metrics and recommend systemic improvements
  • Partner with the business to lead talent reviews, focused on succession planning, employee growth and development and organizational health priorities
  • Provide compensation guidance to leaders for all compensation actions including the annual compensation review and promotions
  • Use data and org health metrics to make decisions and keep leadership informed
  • Partner with the central HR Partner organization to effectively enable managers, address various employee relations issues, and drive results for the organization
  • Lead or contribute to various cross‑team and/or cross‑organizational PXT projects
  • Support the development of leadership pipeline and capability building initiatives across engineers, product, and science teams
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of leadership work as an HR generalist, preferably in a high tech environment experience
  • Experience in mentoring, leading and coaching
  • Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • Knowledge of compensation/total rewards, talent management, performance management, compliance, and organization design and development
  • Experience delivering complex, data‑driven recommendations to senior leaders
  • Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
  • Experience in an HR generalist, management, or business partner role
  • Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage
