Job description

Amazon Marketplace Lead 

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Marketplace Lead to own and grow our Amazon business across multiple global marketplaces. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing both Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts and is passionate about driving sales through listing optimization, promotions, advertising, and data-driven decision making. This role will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, creative, and social media teams to maximize product visibility, conversion, and revenue. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage and optimize Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts across multiple countries. 

  • Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, A+ content, keywords, and backend attributes. 

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales through Amazon Deals, coupons, promotions, bundles, and other merchandising opportunities. 

  • Continuously improve product detail pages by testing and optimizing images, videos, and other creative assets to increase conversion. 

  • Plan, manage, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, including sponsored products, sponsored brands, sponsored display, and DSP (preferred). 

  • Work closely with the creative and social media teams to develop content that supports Amazon growth and brand awareness. 

  • Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, advertising metrics, inventory levels, and Buy Box performance, and proactively take action to improve results. 

  • Analyze category trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. 

  • Coordinate product launches and ensure listings are retail ready across all marketplaces. 

  • Maintain account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies and best practices. 

  • Prepare regular business reviews and performance reports with actionable recommendations.
