Job description

About Us

We are a fast-growing startup in the DTC supplement and vitamin space, focused on building high-quality products and scaling aggressively on Amazon. We’re looking for a hands-on operator who can own and optimize the entire Amazon growth engine—from traffic acquisition to conversion and retention.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Growth Lead to take full ownership of our Amazon channel. This person will be responsible for scaling revenue through best-in-class PPC management, listing optimization, and full-funnel growth strategies.

You should have a proven track record of scaling Amazon brands to $1M+/month in revenue while maintaining strict profitability targets (ACOS/TACOS/CAG goals).

This is a high-impact role where you will work directly with the founders and have significant autonomy.

Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Channel Ownership
  • Own and manage the entire Amazon ecosystem (Seller/Vendor Central)
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining target profitability metrics (ACOS, TACOS, contribution margin)
PPC & Paid Acquisition
  • Build, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
  • Scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining target CAG/ACOS
  • Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and budget allocation
  • Continuously test and iterate campaign structures for performance
Listing & Conversion Optimization
  • Optimize product listings (titles, bullets, images, A+ content)
  • Improve conversion rates through data-driven experimentation
  • Collaborate on creative strategy (images, video, copy)
Full Funnel Optimization
  • Develop strategies across the full funnel:
    • Traffic acquisition (PPC, external traffic)
    • Conversion optimization (listing + reviews)
    • Retention & LTV (bundling, subscribe & save)
  • Identify and fix bottlenecks across the funnel
Growth Strategy
  • Identify opportunities for scaling SKUs and launching new products
  • Analyze competitors and market trends
  • Build and execute growth roadmaps
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and report on key KPIs (Revenue, ACOS, TACOS, CVR, CTR, CAG)
  • Use tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, etc.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations

QualificationsMust-Have
  • Proven experience scaling Amazon brands to $1M+/month revenue
  • Deep expertise in Amazon PPC (hands-on campaign management)
  • Strong understanding of Amazon ranking algorithms and SEO
  • Experience in supplements, vitamins, or CPG preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to hit profitability targets (ACOS/TACOS/CAG)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with external traffic (Meta, Google, TikTok → Amazon)
  • Experience with funnel building beyond Amazon (landing pages, email)
  • Startup experience or working in fast-paced environments

What We’re Looking For
  • Operator mindset (not just strategy—execution matters)
  • Ownership mentality—you treat the business like your own
  • Ability to move fast, test aggressively, and iterate
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building systems from scratch

Compensation
  • Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses tied to revenue and profitability targets
  • Potential for equity (depending on experience)
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage - Medical, Dental and Vision
  • Paid vacation
  • Paid sick and mental health days
  • Tuition Reimbursement - Receive support for continued education with tuition expense reimbursement up to eligible limits
  • Growth & Development - Unlock professional growth through mentorship, ongoing learning opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and performance-based raises

How to Apply

Please include:

  • Examples of brands you’ve scaled (with metrics if possible)
  • Monthly revenue levels you’ve managed
  • PPC budgets you’ve handled
