We work closely with teams across Amazon, from Vehicle Engineering to Operations Finance, helping to build and sustain the most customer-centric delivery fleet in the world. Fleet Finance Center of Excellence is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with various teams as we build standardized reporting solutions and automation to improve Fleet planning speed, quality and cost structure.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following abilities: they have strong financial modeling skills, technical aptitude to analyze large data sets, clearly communicate financial data analysis findings with stakeholders, support thoughtful decision-making, and adapt to a rapidly-evolving environment. They collaborate with leaders and various business units across Amazon

A typical day in this role provides an opportunity to innovate by building creative solutions with large-scale data mining tools, identifying the high-priority work and projects that maximize results for key stakeholders, and solving complex problems that effect company-wide strategic decisions. Candidates should demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills as direct interaction with leadership is common.
As a member of a growing team, you will deal with a high level of ambiguity and changing priorities. The successful candidate will maneuver through the ambiguity, communicate effectively across teams and levels, while balancing the needs and requirements of internal and external customers

- Identify and resolve complex data integrity issues through stakeholder collaboration while maintaining highest standards
- Build effective business partnerships, manage competing priorities, and provide guidance during unexpected situations
Business Analysis
- Identify and implement solutions to finance issues, improving and simplifying finance tools, technology, and processes across organizations
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of financial data flows, select appropriate data for analysis, and establish reliable sources of truth
- Streamline and centralize process improvements and reporting to enable swift action by business partners and customers
- Share best practices across regions to support efficient last-mile presence expansion
- Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, program managers, and DSP Program org counterparts
