Job description

Are you a customer-obsessed builder with a passion for helping Telco, Media & Entertainment,
Gaming, and Sports companies harness the transformative power of Generative AI and Machine
Learning. Join one of the fastest-growing organizations within AWS as a GenAI/ML Sales
Specialist and help the world's most iconic brands unlock new value through AI.
As a Generative AI Sales Specialist covering TMEGS verticals, you will drive adoption and
revenue growth for AWS's AI/ML portfolio - including Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker
AI, and Amazon Quick. You will engage directly with gaming studios building AI-powered player
experiences, media companies re-imagining content workflows, telco industry partners optimizing
network intelligence, and sports organizations transforming fan engagement.
You will own the full-cycle sales engagement - from pipeline identification through close and
launch - earning trust with C-suite, Line of Business, and IT decision-makers.
You'll articulate the "why" and "what" of GenAI at an executive level while partnering with
Solutions Architects who address the "how" and future-state architecture.
Key job responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Revenue Growth
Own the full-cycle specialist sales motion for GenAI/ML within assigned accounts - from pipeline identification through launch.
Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies leveraging AWS Sales, the Partner ecosystem, and cross-functional resources.
Build a qualified pipeline, prioritizing the highest-impact opportunities to maximize revenue attainment against quarterly and annual goals.
Develop compelling business cases and ROI models that drive executive-level commitment to AWS GenAI solutions.
Trusted Advisory & Thought Leadership
Engage C-suite and Line of Business leaders with deep industry expertise.
Lead executive-level conversations on the transformational possibilities of GenAI.
Act as the front-line specialist for all GenAI/ML customer engagement within your accounts, building credibility across technical and business audiences.
Strategy & Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with account teams to develop GenAI-specific strategies aligned with customer business initiatives and AWS win plans.
Partner with Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and global system integrators to deliver customer value and ensure successful deployment.
Co-develop sales motions on new product launches; work with product teams to bring innovative services to customers.
Gather voice-of-customer insights to inform product roadmaps and strengthen AWS's GenAI value proposition across verticals.
Market Development
Identify new customer segments, emerging use cases, and new opportunities.
Represent AWS GenAI at industry events, executive briefings, and customer summits.
