This role sits at the intersection of game production and product management, requiring a leader who can define product strategy, drive cross-functional execution, and deliver world-class gaming experiences built on iconic Amazon MGM Studios intellectual properties.
As an Executive Producer, you will operate with significant independence in an environment where product strategy, feature design, and business approach may not yet be defined. Stakeholder & Executive Communication - Lead strategic discussions with Product Area Leads, Game Leads, and Studio/Publishing leadership; present roadmaps, product vision, and other strategic narratives to senior audiences
Vendor & Partner Management - Onboard external development partners, support Business Development teams in negotiating contracts, define work processes, and manage QA strategy and budgets for outsourced work
Metrics & Business Performance - Define KPIs and success criteria, contribute to business reviews and funding processes
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence - Evaluate and adopt industry-leading tools and processes; identify systemic inefficiencies and create scalable solutions across the Games team
Go-to-Market & Player Communications - Partner with marketing and community teams on product positioning, launch communications, and customer-facing content
