Job description

Amazon Fuse is the platform that enables Amazon's digital service teams to offer subscriptions through top global partners - TV providers, mobile operators, and device manufacturers - collectively reaching over 4 billion consumers worldwide. No other team at Amazon operates at this intersection of Prime, Prime Video, Stores, and partner ecosystems.
We're seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM III) to join this unique team. You'll work across all major Amazon subscription providers while designing and driving technical execution plans for capabilities that power the wholesale and resale of Amazon digital services through global partnerships

You'll navigate ambiguity, communicate across diverse stakeholders, and anticipate challenges before they become roadblocks - in a space that no other team at Amazon occupies today.
Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical initiatives from concept through launch, driving accountability across engineering, product, and business teams
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Prime, Prime Video, Stores, and other Amazon business units to define and deliver technical solutions for the Fuse roadmap
- Contribute to and evaluate high-level designs and architectural diagrams for implementing highly complex solutions that enable digital subscription services across global partners
- Develop technical requirements and execution plans by working with product, engineering, and business teams to support continued business performance growth
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, using technical judgment to question proposals and test assumptions in novel partner integration scenarios
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to accelerate program delivery, improve team efficiency, and reduce toil across the Fuse TPM organization
A day in the life
You'll lead design reviews with Fuse and partner engineering teams across Prime, Prime Video, and Stores - asking probing questions to ensure solutions meet customer needs. You'll craft execution plans that balance business requirements with architectural constraints, then align diverse stakeholders on delivery priorities. You'll spot risks early and develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track

And you'll leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate your work - freeing up time for the high-judgment thinking and stakeholder alignment that moves the needle.
About the team
Fuse represents a truly unique opportunity within Amazon - our team has created a one-stop integration point that enables Amazon's service teams to offer subscriptions through top global partners who collectively reach over 4 billion consumers. We're a small, senior team focused on driving the future of digital subscription partnerships while fostering an inclusive environment where technical innovation meets business impact. Joining Fuse means being part of work that shapes how Amazon partners with TV providers, mobile operators, and device manufacturers worldwide

We actively leverage AI and automation to augment our work and we're looking for someone who shares that mindset.
