The Principal Technical Program Manager is a leadership role where where you'll set strategic technical direction and drive transformative, cross-organizational initiatives that redefine how hundreds of millions of customers worldwide experience entertainment.
What You'll Do:
Own and deliver ambiguous, very large, and complex programs that span multiple organizations and technology domains
Identify risks and opportunities in technical strategies, system architectures, and engineering organizational structures
Influence and advise VP-level leadership across Prime Video, MGM Studios, and Amazon Entertainment on technical investment decisions, organizational alignment, and long-term platform strategy
Force-multiply across the TPM community - establish frameworks, mechanisms, and best practices that elevate the effectiveness of multiple teams and programs simultaneously
Drive clarity in highly ambiguous environments where the business strategy, architectural approach, and even the problem definition may not yet exist
What You Bring:
10+ years of technical program management experience, with a demonstrated track record of delivering very large, cross-organizational programs
Deep expertise in large-scale distributed systems, platform architecture, and the ability to evaluate and influence architectural strategies across multiple engineering organizations
Executive-level communication and influence skills, with experience advising VP-level leaders and aligning competing priorities across organizational boundaries
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical decisions to business outcomes at scale
Expertise in delivering and operating AI-enabled solutions in production
