It requires a valid driver's license, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What does a typical workday look like for an Amazon DSP driver?

A typical day as an Amazon DSP driver begins with arriving at the delivery station to pick up your van and scan your packages using a handheld device. You'll follow an optimized delivery route, delivering packages to homes and businesses throughout your shift, while maintaining high standards for safety and professionalism. The role is physically active and requires strong attention to detail when scanning and delivering packages. You’ll work independently most of the day, but also coordinate with dispatchers and other drivers for support if needed. Most DSP drivers enjoy consistent schedules and the satisfaction of helping customers receive their orders on time.

Familiarity with GPS navigation systems, handheld delivery devices, and compliance with Amazon’s safety and delivery protocols are essential. Excellent customer service, reliability, and the ability to work independently help drivers stand out. These skills ensure efficient, safe, and accurate delivery of packages while maintaining Amazon’s high customer satisfaction standards.

Is it hard to get an Amazon DSP job?

Securing an Amazon DSP job can be competitive, as it often requires relevant delivery or logistics experience, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. The hiring process typically involves an application, background check, and sometimes a driving test, but candidates with strong organizational skills and reliability tend to have better chances.

We’re looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Audience & Analytics Expert to join our fast-growing Media Performance team, part of Orange Belgium’s digital department. The team is responsible for running best‑in‑class digital media and data operations to drive revenue growth across our brands Orange, VOO and Hey. You will work closely with the Media Performance Experts, as well as with other local teams (Data, Comm/Brand), Orange Group and external partners. This position is all about audience management, advanced analytics and advertising technologies. You will work hand in hand with the team lead to roll out our ambitious roadmap and support the Media Performance Experts in their day‑to‑day operations. • You carry out ongoing analyses, providing actionable insights that inform the Media Performance Experts in fine‑tuning our media strategy. You crunch large sets of transactional, traffic, advertising and audience data from multiple sources to uncover trends and guide our optimisation efforts.
  • You establish a learning agenda and oversee ad‑hoc analyses to assess the effectiveness of our media strategy (incrementality testing, marketing mix modelling) and tackle specific challenges such as customer lifetime value and churn prevention.
  • You build strong relationships with key stakeholders from multiple teams based in Belgium and abroad (Orange Group, local subsidiaries), but also with our external partners, media agencies and technology vendors.
  • As part of Orange’s digital media community, you participate in internal seminars and share best practices with your counterparts from other countries.
Profile

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in media agencies, media sales houses, e‑commerce, IT, data or tech consulting.
  • Excellent data analysis skills – able to synthesize data from different sources into a well‑structured story with clear implications and actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills – able to navigate ambiguity, define project deliverables, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and deal with project’s dependencies.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills – able to partner with multiple stakeholders (legal, IT, data, marketing, external partners) and translate complex concepts into simple words.
  • High quality standards, solution‑oriented and can‑do attitude – contribute to fostering a “test, learn and share” culture.
  • Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
Specific Expertise

  • Knowledge of media buying platforms such as Google DV360, Amazon DSP, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager.
  • Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Tealium, etc.) and Data Clean Rooms (Ads Data Hub, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Infosum, Liveramp, etc.).
