Job Description

This is a full time position as a delivery driver for a third party Amazon DSP. We are looking for safe, reliable, driven, and detail-oriented team players who excel in an independent work environment with a mind towards customer satisfaction. We are urgently hiring, so apply today!

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • At least 21 years old
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Able to lift packages up to 50 pounds
  • Able to read, understand, and speak English
  • Must pass a 4-panel drug test
  • NO CDL required

Physical Demands
The job of a DSP delivery driver is very physically demanding. Delivery drivers will be delivering 250+ packages per day with packages reaching up to 50 lbs. In the course of their duties delivery drivers will have to bend, crouch, lift packages, climb in and out of the vehicle safely, go from sitting to standing, climb stairs, etc., all many times a day.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a large delivery vehicle in urban, suburban, and rural environments
  • Drive in a safe manor, following all rules of the road
  • Deliver packages with customer satisfaction in mind
  • Follow all Amazon delivery standard operating procedures 
  • Be reliable and prompt on scheduled work days
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with support staff while on the road
  • Be compliant in wearing Amazon branded uniforms (uniforms are provided)

Scheduling
Full time work is 4 days a week with 10 hour days. There will be opportunities for overtime, especially during high volume periods like the holidays and Amazon Prime Week. Delivery drivers will be required to work one weekend day every week in order to ensure that we meet our staffing requirements. Having open availability is a huge plus!
