We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods in a safe, timely manner while providing excellent customer service.
Job Description
## Duties
- Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers or businesses
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks
- Follow delivery routes and time schedules
- Communicate with customers to ensure timely deliveries and address any concerns
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as checking oil, water, and fuel levels
- Adhere to traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record
Qualifications
HAVE YOU PREVIOUSLY WORKED WITH AMAZON AS A DSP DELIVERY DRIVER, IF NO, PLEASE PROCEED TO THE NEXT STEPS.
A few requirements for this position
1. 21+
2. Valid drivers license and another form of ID (Will need this later in the process)
3. Available Saturday (and any other 3 days)
4. Start work at 10am every shift!
5. Pass a Background check
6. Pass a drug test
7. Train in Lebanon, TN ONLY for 2 days after Drug test)
8. Training Starts at 8am, Work Shift-10am.
Ability to operate delivery vehicles in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
- Experience with warehouse operations and handling various types of cargo
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Capability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks related to delivery operations
- Familiarity with route driving and navigation tools for efficient deliveries
