Job description

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join the Devices & Services Experience Design (DXD) team, supporting Core UX for Fire TV and Fire Tablet while owning complex enterprise workflows for Amazon Developer. This is a strategic leadership role requiring someone who can navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and drive design vision across multi-team initiatives.
You will design workflows for developer onboarding, monetization, compliance, and partner integrations that impact millions of developers globally through the Amazon Developer Portal.
Ideal candidates bring experience designing complex workflows in regulated or compliance-driven environments - whether in enterprise/B2B platforms (developer tools, SaaS, partner portals) or B2C industries such as finance, healthcare, telecom, or insurance. What this role demands above all is strategic thinking, systems-level design, and comfort navigating policy and compliance constraints at scale.
Key job responsibilities
What You Will Do:
- Own design vision and UX strategy for Amazon Developer Portal experiences
- Design complex multi-step B2B workflows including developer onboarding, monetization, and compliance
- Create end-to-end service blueprints for cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams
- Drive alignment across product, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Influence product roadmap with design insights, user research, and strategic recommendations
- Design 3P partner experiences including documentation and self-service tools
- Handle edge cases, error states, and conditional logic flows in complex enterprise systems
- Partner with engineering on technical architecture and feasibility
- Support Device Design Core UX initiatives for Fire TV and Fire Tablet as needed
