We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is accountable, under direct supervision, to fill customer order requirements with strong team coordination and follow-through abilities to complete the full cycle of receiving, stock put away, picking, packing, stocking, documenting, and shipping customized orders, accurately and expeditiously. This fast-paced position consistently requires a high volume of productivity; with strong attention to detail to variances in product identification; ability to accurately understand and follow written specifications; perform data entry; and follow customized requirements, with trained knowledge of quality standards, and customer specifications.

About you

Educated to National Vocational Level (NVQ) or equivalent (EU)

Bachelor's degree in business administration or economics is preferred, or equivalent business or Information Technology experience

Minor studies in Information Technology is a plus Experience

Must have 2-4 years of business or I.T. experience

Demonstrated experience working as a collaborative team member, within a multi-discipline environment

Proven ability to perform root cause analysis to discover the real causes to reported problems, enabling stakeholder awareness and understanding to drive successful outcomes
