You will be responsible for supporting new and existing clients in transformation projects related to technology strategy, architecture, and cloud operations. You will work closely with clients, sales teams, and ProServe cloud architects to drive their success and business growth

As a ProServe Professional Services Account Manager, your primary role will be to understand and define clients' business objectives by building trust, identifying relevant AWS professional services offerings, developing proposals, and obtaining validation of specifications. After project launch, you will maintain contact with the client to ensure the achievement of agreed-upon business objectives and guarantee project success.
