We are looking for a creative, analytical and results-oriented Sr. Product Marketing Manager to drive listener growth across Amazon Music's content offerings. You will help build and launch high impact content launches, owning campaign planning, cross-functional alignment, and execution to maximize visibility and adoption across all customer touchpoints. This role will work cross-functionally across Amazon teams, influencing and leading partners to think big, invent and simplify, and deliver on project roadmaps.
A successful candidate for this role will be an independent, creative problem-solver with great business acumen and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing deadlines. You will have exceptional product marketing, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently under time constraints to deliver results.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and deliver GTM strategies and frameworks, which are scalable and repeatable across various product feature launches
- Conduct customer research to develop insights and enhanced brand positioning to stay competitive in the growing MSP space
- Oversee strategy, execution, and performance of cross channel global marketing plans to build awareness, adoption and engagement of key features
- Partner with various product teams to develop product roadmaps for features meant to drive Monthly Active Users (MAUs), Listening Hours, and enhance the customer experience on Amazon Music
- Partner and consult across with the Amazon Music Industry and Artist Relations teams to better integrate music and podcast artist content into the customer experience
- Develop compelling GTM creative assets (video, social, Owned & Operated) working cross-functionally with creative designers
- Provide copywriting guidance
- Advocate for the optimal customer experience when working on UX design with product teams
- Drive regular reviews of roadmap progress and results with leadership across marketing, subscriptions tech, and product
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- 7+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
- 7+ years of product marketing experience driving go-to-market strategies and cross-functional campaign execution in consumer technology, entertainment, or digital media
- 5+ years of experience developing and launching scalable marketing frameworks across multiple product releases
- Demonstrated experience conducting customer research and translating insights into competitive positioning strategies
- Proven track record managing multi-channel global marketing campaigns that drive measurable adoption and engagement metrics
- 5+ Experience partnering with product teams to influence roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer impact and business outcomes
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience defining success metrics, tracking performance, and optimizing campaigns based on data
- 8+ years of product marketing experience in music streaming platforms, audio entertainment services, or subscription-based consumer products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- 5+ years successfully developing creative marketing assets (video, social, owned channels) in partnership with design and creative teams
- Experience providing strategic copywriting direction and advocating for customer experience in UX design processes
- Track record establishing repeatable processes and mechanisms that scale across global markets and diverse customer segments
- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Deep understanding of music streaming industry dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in audio entertainment

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
