Job Description

As an Ecommerce Account Manager who is focused on Amazon, you will provide professional and knowledgeable support to both our supplier/manufacturers and Amazon Vendor (1P) and Seller (3P) through data analysis, trend forecasting, online marketing strategies, and effective communication. The primary products supported are home furnishings and decor.  Previous experience on Amazon, or ecommerce buying, planning, marketing, and purchasing are a plus. Extensive amounts of Excel are used on a daily basis.  This position is also responsible for managing the sales and service processes working directly with our supplier's teams and coordinating marketing efforts and participating in industry events requiring occasional overnight travel. The Ecommerce Account Manager is responsible for assigned accounts and acts as the point person for all business related to the specified supplier/manufacturer and account.
Responsibilities
    Maintain, strengthen and grow relationships through comprehensive strategy, oversight and management of accounts
    Act as the main point of contact for Supplier/Manufacturer and Amazon to ensure that business needs and desires are being met in a timely and efficient manner.
    Develop and present strategies, sales presentations, and play an active and valuable role during the presentation process
    Collect, organize, create and present projects and reports to internal and external teams
    Assess Supplier/Manufacturer and Customer objectives and goals to provide clear, concise direction to all parties
    Focus on strategic interactive marketing goals throughout product lifecycle
    Facilitate and be accountable for Supplier/Manufacturer projects with special attention to tracking measuring and meeting KPI's
    Provide clear and detailed communication, both written and verbal 
    Proactively identify project risks and create mitigation strategies
    Keep Supplier/Manufacturer informed on new techniques, strategies and opportunities to improve their marketing efforts
    Represent Supplier, or their Brand, at industry and networking events requiring occasional travel
    Manage overall advertising strategy including, not limited to, PPC and DSP campaigns 
    Consistently optimizing catalog of listings for desired results

Qualifications

    Previous relationship management experience
    Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook software
    Excellent time and project management skills
    Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
    Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
    Basic retail math to be used for sales and event analysis, planning and pricing
    Ability to think outside the box when working with Amazon to create solutions that create value to all
    Comfortable interfacing with all levels of multiple organizations
    Present positive attitude, strong work ethic and professionalism at all times
