Job description

Home Care Nursing Supervisor, RN:  Work with our amazing Home Care staff to provide oversight of the care and services furnished by employees to Interim HealthCare patients. 

Benefits:

  • Annual Salary Range: $98,849 - $111,883

A few must-haves for this position:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed to practice as an RN in the State of Minnesota.  License is active and in good standing.
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience as an RN, preferably in home care, and at least one (1) year supervisory experience
  • Able to travel within a geographic area serviced by the office. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
  • CPR Certification

  • Hires, supervises, evaluates, motivates and develops professional and paraprofessional employees.
  • Follows accepted standards of clinical practice.
  • Uses clinical decision making to provide oversight and guidance to the home care team to efficiently and effectively manage the assigned patient population.
  • Contributes to business growth by presenting information, education and support to external customers as requested.
  • Will provide case management in the field when needed.
