• Conduct thorough assessments for clients experiencing significant mental health issues and emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices to create tailored treatment plans.

In your role as an LCSW at Amaze, you will work primarily with individuals from diverse backgrounds who may be battling significant mental illnesses, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other emotional disturbances. Your commitment to understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by underprivileged populations will ensure that every client receives the compassionate care they deserve.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.
• A current valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven ability to assess and manage serious mental health issues, exhibiting a comprehensive understanding of risk assessment and crisis intervention strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated through inclusive communication with clients and colleagues from various backgrounds.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of clinical experience in social work, with a focus on mental health settings where a community-based approach is key.
