Pay Rate: $20.00-$24.00/hour

Schedule: Full-Time


About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to provide support to our Westminster property. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety in their workday, thrives on solving problems quickly, and takes pride in keeping communities safe and functional. You'll play a key role in supporting site teams by handling urgent service needs, making readies, and performing preventative maintenance, wherever help is needed most.


You'll report directly to the Regional Property Supervisor and be part of a dynamic team that values radical transparency, teamwork, and customer-first service.


What You'll Do

  • Respond to work orders (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances repairs, glass replacement,etc.)
  • Complete apartment make-ready tasks and unit turnovers quickly and efficiently
  • Handle occupied unit repairs with professionalism and urgency
  • Support site teams with preventative maintenance and safety checks
  • Occasionally assist with groundskeeping when needed
  • Follow all safety protocols and ensure company policies are met
  • Represent the company with professionalism and a solution-focused mindset
  • Assist with other duties assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in property maintenance or similar
  • Comfortable working independently across different sites
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems
  • Solid knowledge of tools and safety procedures
  • Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (required)
  • Ability to walk, kneel, climb, lift up to 75 lbs, and work in varied weather
