3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM) 
1 year contract 
Overview:
  • As a Quality Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring that products consistently meet rigorous standards for quality and safety. We are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and advance within the industry. Once you join our team, you will be deployed through SQA’s operations center based on client needs and supplier production schedules, providing dynamic opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with work instructions
  • Conduct in-process, final, visual, and dimensional inspections on major aerostructure assemblies, including fuselage sections, wing structures, control surfaces such as flaps, landing gear components, and tail assemblies, ensuring compliance with aerospace manufacturing standards and engineering specifications
  • Identify and address quality issues, collaborating with other departments as needed
  • Quality inspection
  • Collaborate with team members
Skills and Qualifications:
  • A military background is highly valued but not mandatory
  • Previous experience in industrial manufacturing is a strong plus
  • Aerostructures Experience
  • Blueprint reading
  • Proficiency in using hand precision tools is a plus
  • A strong focus on safety and adherence to safety protocols
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a genuine eagerness to learn
