This position is based at our outpatient office in San Jose, California, where the climate and community spirit contribute to a vibrant work atmosphere. As part of our team, you will engage with other wellness professionals in a collaborative and positive setting. Our schedule is structured primarily for patient convenience, with clinic hours set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, though some flexibility may be required to meet patient demand.

• Provide precise acupuncture treatments using sterile needles, ensuring patient comfort and safety at every step.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to establish individualized treatment plans that address unique health concerns.
• Utilize specialized techniques to manage stress and alleviate discomfort, thereby enhancing the quality of life for every patient.
• Administer trigger point therapy to address specific areas of muscle tension and pain, fostering quicker recovery.
• Maintain open communication with patients throughout their therapeutic journey, offering ongoing support and care encouragement.
• Stay updated with the latest acupuncture practices and modalities to optimize patient treatment plans and outcomes.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Acupuncture or similar fields from an accredited institution is required.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a practicing acupuncturist, demonstrating expertise and proficiency in treatment techniques.
• Comprehensive understanding of human anatomy, acupuncture points, and meridian systems.
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to create effective treatment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building effective relationships with patients and colleagues alike.

• Experience with pediatric acupuncture or interest in treating children could provide an added advantage.
• Proficiency in additional holistic modalities such as herbal medicine or massage therapy is welcomed.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain patient records effectively.

• Competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 – 125,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
