Job description

AdventHealth Cancer Institute and AdventHealth Medical Group are seeking a dynamic and compassionate board-certified or board-eligible medical oncologist to join our growing team at AdventHealth Altamonte. This position will focus on treating adults and offers a unique opportunity to practice with a cancer system ranked in the top 4% in the Nation for cancer care according to US News and world report that prioritizes whole-person care, innovation, and clinical excellence.
We are looking for a physician who is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Our team consists of physicians that treat blood cancers, brain and spine cancers, breast cancer, GI cancers, gyn onc, head and neck cancers, lung and esophageal cancers, pediatric cancer and urologic cancers. For treatment purposes, we have access to chemotherapy, imaging, immunotherapy, radiation therapy and surgery. In addition to those, we participate in more than 175 clinical trials each year!

Candidate Requirements:

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Oncology
  • Eligibility for Florida medical license
