You will also have opportunities to participate in team meetings, contribute to process improvements, and work closely with mentors to build both technical and soft skills. This structure provides a strong foundation for future specialization and advancement within the company.

What are Als Graduates?

ALS Graduates typically refer to individuals who have completed the Alternative Learning System (ALS) program, a non-formal education initiative in the Philippines. The ALS program is designed for out-of-school youth and adults who did not finish basic education, giving them a chance to earn the equivalent of a high school diploma. ALS Graduates can use their certification to pursue higher education, vocational training, or employment opportunities. This program is managed by the Department of Education and aims to provide inclusive access to education for all Filipinos.
