Job Duties

  • Greeting & checking guests in/out of the hotel
  • Handling guest requests
  • Answering internal/external calls
  • Taking reservations over the phone
  • Running shift reports & balancing cash drawers
  • Properly executing daily closing reports
  • Assisting other departments with guest needs including communicating issues to department
