Licensed Insurance Sales Producer

Locally Owned Allstate Agency

Join a successful, locally owned agency where relationships matter and sales performance is rewarded. We are seeking a motivated, licensed Insurance Sales Producer who is driven to grow their income, build lasting customer relationships, and help individuals and families protect what matters most.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, uncovering needs, and providing customized insurance solutions. You will focus on generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and developing referral opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new business through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, referrals, and community networking

  • Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to identify customer needs and coverage gaps

  • Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, Life, and other insurance products

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow-up opportunities

  • Cross-sell and round out existing customer accounts to increase household penetration

  • Develop referral relationships and ask for introductions from satisfied customers

  • Follow up on internet leads, live transfers, quote opportunities, and agency marketing campaigns

  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals and agency performance expectations

  • Educate customers on coverage options and help them make informed decisions

  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within agency systems
