Cardiology (Electrophysiology)

Description:

Our client is seeking a BC/BE electrophysiologist to join our established cardiovascular group (noninvasive, interventional, peripheral, structural heart and cardiac surgery) with the opportunity of developing a unique state-of-the-art EP program fully supported by Banner
This would be the only EP program in central Wyoming, having a very large catchment area. A new EP lab is in construction and dedicated specialty equipment is already available. There are established EP pathways with patients treated out-of-state currently (able to
support a full EP salary) which now would be retained in our area. There is continuous capability of interaction with well-established EP physicians.

All this in a community with 300 days sunshine, 4 seasons and great outdoors activities opportunities.

Build a NEW Program and Become the only EP in the Region - State of Wyoming

  • Practice Scope: Access to EP Procedures as well as Pacemaker and High Voltage Device Implant, lead removal, ablation procedures
  • Join a group of 6 experienced Cardiologists (4 Interventional and 3 General)
  • Proven volume to support new EP Program - The community and the State need an EP Program
    • Current EP cases are going across state lines.
  • 2019 Data for group - 76 Pacemaker and 55 ICD's, ablation outmigration ~110 annually
  • Salary: Guaranteed Salary for 2 years w/Productivity Bonus

    • 2019 Gross Charges of $10M for Ancillary Income

  • Electrophysiology consultation with specialty follow-up in outpatient and inpatient settings
    (single hospital).
  • Implanting pacemakers, ICD, CRT.
  • Lead extraction.
  • Basic and complex atrial ablation procedures.
  • Opportunity of remote arrhythmia and device clinics.
