As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Orovada, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a driving unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial location.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, production areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access control points, verify authorized entry credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete accurate incident reports.
  • Observe and report hazardous conditions, damaged property, unusual activity, and policy violations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
