In this critical role for Kaleidoscope, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and retaining the top-tier talent of local Allied Healthcare and Education Professionals. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for seeking out qualified Allied Healthcare and Education Professionals throughout the Arizona market. Searches, phone screens, and video interviews and MS Teams meetings will all be conducted from our office. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with extensive outreach (phone, email, text), speaking with new people frequently and will have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questioning. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meetings and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities:
Extensive outreach to prospective candidate (phone calls, emails, text)
Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
Conduct interviews via phone or MS Teams.
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
Serve as the first contact person for questions from candidates.
