SUMMARY
Responsible for providing general office support functions, including mail delivery and clerical support as required by office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Processes all outgoing mail using business machines, including folding, weighing and posting mail;
Maintains relationship with business machine vendors and places service calls as needed;
Completes daily courier runs to post office, banks and off site data storage facility as needed;
Executes and monitors laser printing of large jobs;
Performs basic printer, copier and fax machine maintenance;
Organizes and retrieves paper inventory including envelopes, and marketing materials as requested;
Assists in assembly of marketing materials for distribution;
Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Relevant work experience in a general office services function
Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
SKILLS
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good customer service skills
Ability to organize and prioritize workload
Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork
Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs.
Basic experience using Microsoft Office products
