  • Supervises Nursing Home Administrators of select Alliance owned and managed facilities.


Travel

  • Travel throughout New England.


Qualifications

  • Must possess bachelorโ€™s degree, advanced degrees are a plus

  • Must be a Massachusetts Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

  • Minimum of ten yearsโ€™ experience as a nursing home administrator, multi-facility operations experience a plus.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate and can effectively communicate with residents, families, visitors, co-workers, physicians, and our teams of employees.


Responsible to: CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER


Supervisory Responsibility for: Facility Administrators


Qualifications for this Position

  • Education: Graduate of state approved college or university with minimum of Bachelor's Degree.

  • Experience: Minimum of ten years' experience at the Director of Operations level supporting geriatric, long-term care. Excellent organizational ability with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Essential Personality Traits: Able to work with all levels of personnel and management with a professional and collaborative approach.


Essential Functions of this Position

  • Ability to speak, read and write effectively in English

  • Responsible for operations of select Alliance owned and managed facilities.

  • Supervises Nursing Home Administrators of select Alliance owned and managed facilities.

  • Travel throughout New England.


Qualifications
