Job description

Position Summary
  • Vice President of Strategic Collaborations will proactively build and manage executive-level relationships within the Precision Oncology Alliance (POA) network and identify new nationwide partners and sites.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop new and existing customer relationships for Carisโ€™ POA and other strategically significant institutions.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with executive leadership and key personnel; leverage these for strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in executive-level discussions on collaborative projects for POA members.
  • Monitor and communicate clinical molecular genomics developments (competitors, new technology, new test offerings).
  • Partner with Executive Leadership, Medical, and Commercial teams to develop strategic initiatives and build executive relationships in key institutions.
  • Maintain key clinical accounts in assigned territory through a collaborative approach across Caris Life Sciences.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
  • Minimum 8 yearsโ€™ experience in sales, consultative, or account management managing high-level relationships.
  • Executive sales, academic institution, and community alliance building/account management experience.
  • 50โ€“60% travel within designated territory.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA, PhD, or M.S. preferred.
  • Experience with executive-level collaborative sales/initiatives in Molecular Diagnostics, Anatomic Pathology, and/or Genomics.
Compensation
  • Annual hiring range: $240,000โ€“$260,000.
