We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Allergist/Immunologist (MD/DO) to launch and lead a new allergy program within our practice.

The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to build an allergy practice from the ground up with:
- Immediate internal referral volume from ENT physicians
- Established infrastructure and administrative support
- Significant autonomy to shape the program
Position Highlights
- Develop and lead a comprehensive allergy and immunology service line
- Build a thriving practice with strong ENT collaboration
- Customize clinic design, workflows, and protocols
- Opportunity to expand into advanced therapies (biologics, asthma programs, immunodeficiency care)

Clinical Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage:
- Allergic rhinitis and chronic sinusitis
- Asthma and respiratory allergies
- Food allergies and anaphylaxis
- Atopic dermatitis and chronic urticaria
- Immunologic disorders
- Perform and oversee:
- Skin prick and intradermal testing
- Patch testing
- Allergen immunotherapy (SCIT/SLIT)
- Collaborate closely with ENT colleagues for integrated airway care
- Participate in program development and community outreach
Qualifications
- MD or DO with completion of Allergy & Immunology fellowship
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Allergy & Immunology
- Eligible for Washington State medical licensure
- Interest in building and growing a clinical program
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
